The owner is kind and does a good job running the gym. She cares to protect the gym’s culture and looks for ways to incorpore new workshops or classes based on the members’ needs.

The members encourage one another. And it creates a community feel as opposed to a competitive gym-bro culture.

It’s an amazing atmosphere, so encouraging and welcoming. I find inspiration from everyone in my classes and the instructors know their stuff. They challenge and push you, while being able to meet each person where they’re at in their own fitness journey.
