Instructors like Scott , Joanna, and Erin make the place warm and welcoming.  Midge’s boxing class is engaging and motivating.

The owner is kind and does a good job running the gym. She cares to protect the gym’s culture and looks for ways to incorpore new workshops or classes based on the members’ needs.

The members encourage one another. And it creates a community feel as opposed to a competitive gym-bro culture.

I didn’t really understand the “group fitness” thing until I experienced the classes here. It’s an amazing atmosphere, so encouraging and welcoming. I find inspiration from everyone in my classes and the instructors know their stuff. They challenge and push you, while being able to meet each person where they’re at in their own fitness journey. I joined Union Fitness one year ago and it has been the best year for me!  I am stronger, happier and healthier.  I now belong to a wonderful and supportive community that I love working out with everyday!  It is really amazing what Jen Williams has created.
